Completed shortly before my move to the UK, the Bayat project involved the design and construction of a Nine-level residential building featuring twelve apartments for sale and a bespoke penthouse residence for the client. As Project Design Manager, I oversaw the design process, ensuring it met both market demands and the client’s specific requirements for his personal penthouse.
The client envisioned a Roman-inspired façade, adding a distinct and elegant character to the building. This presented a unique design challenge: to harmonize the grandeur of Roman architecture with contemporary aesthetics and the functionality of a modern residential building. The project was executed under a cost-plus contract, allowing for close collaboration with the client throughout the construction process. The Bayat project exemplifies my ability to balance client aspirations with market trends, delivering a successful development that is both aesthetically pleasing and commercially viable
